The Young Adult Services (YAS) house is a 24 hour staffed residential program serving 5 female residents between the ages of 18 and 25 years old who require an intensive level of support. Improving quality of life, enhancing leisure time activities, teaching living skills, and learning to make choices regarding care are the cornerstones of this program.

The program provides the following supports:

*Residential counseling in a group setting

*Recreational activities that broaden member's interests

*Supporting members with retaining employment by providing transportation

*Assistance learning daily living skills including cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, laundry, mass transit, hygiene, etc.

*Goal-oriented treatment planning

*Medication management

*Structured day and evening activities

*Case Management services

*Assistance with obtaining more independent living, when ready

*After care planning
