Montville House is a 24-hour staffed residential program serving five residents who
require an intensive level of support. Improving quality of life, enhancing leisure time activities, and learning to make choices regarding care are the cornerstones of this program.

The Montville Program provides the following supports:

· Residential counseling in a group setting
· Assistance in finding employment or 20 hours per week of constructive activity
· Recreational activities that broaden member’s interests
· Assistance learning daily living skills such as cooking, shopping, hygiene, mass transit, etc.
· Financial budgetary counseling
· Goal-oriented treatment planning
· After care planning
· Medication management
· Structured day and evening activities
· Assistance with obtaining more independent living, when ready
· Case Management services

Partnering with adults experiencing
mental health, addiction, and developmental disabilities
to enhance their quality of life.
